Please read these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions", "terms") carefully before using www.odermus.com website (“website”, "service") operated by The Odermus ("us", 'we", "our").

Conditions of use

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you
agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement,
you are advised to leave the website accordingly. The Odermus only grants use and access of this
website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Privacy policy

Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this
website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this
Agreement. The Odermus assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

Intellectual property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of The Odermus, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all
copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree
that you will not reproduce or redistribute the The Odermus’s intellectual property in any way,
including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant The Odermus a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and
broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims,
you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for
maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for
all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website,
inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole
discretion.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to principles of
conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come
between The Odermus and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us
shall be arbitrated by state or the Mexican Federal Judiciary and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction
and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify The Odermus and its affiliates and hold The Odermus harmless against legal claims
and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to
select our own legal counsel. 

Limitation on liability

The Odermus is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our
website.
The Odermus reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let
our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding
between The Odermus and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding
the use of this website.

Delivery

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
[Covid-19]  Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Customs

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at odermushop@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at odermushop@gmail.com

Wrong/Damaged product

Email us at odermushop@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at odermushop@gmail.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at odermushop@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at odermushop@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
