Notice of Administration: The Odermus is a musical and artistic project developed, administered, and backed by Gorisma. All intellectual property rights are managed under this affiliation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your identifying information. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Fulfillment usually takes 3–7 business days. Estimated shipping times:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

5. Returns & Refunds
No Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing errors.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact contact@odermus.com within one week of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be arbitrated by the Mexican Federal Judiciary.
